理学硕士；曾服务于中国科学院，多年致力于科技管理与企业发展研究；上世纪九十年代进入房地产行业，在多家实力型地产开发企业主持工作，1998年至2002年任香港、上海两地上市公司全资子公司运盛（南京）实业有限公司总经理，成功主持多个规模性高品质项目的开发建设。

2002年创建蓝风品牌，凭借多年的开发阅历，以创新务实的理念在长三角地产服务行业树立了自己的品牌特征，并一直致力于以新科技管理理念与技术推进地产项目的开发推广，历经8年厚积薄发，成功奠定一线品牌战略合作运营商的专业地位。蓝风团队积极服务于城市规划项目，为超过1000万平方米城市规划提出有益建议；向国内一线地产品牌提供专业专注的服务，先后为中海地产、中冶集团、中国五矿、香港恒丰集团、苏高新集团等全国性企业提供量身定做的前期定位、品牌推广、项目营销等各个领域的服务，在产品策划、营销理念等方面多有建树和业绩，屡屡创造市场奇迹。
2009年创建江苏蓝风国际投资发展有限公司，为推动高效、生态、低碳理念与城市规划、地产开发的融合略尽绵薄之力。同年主持创建实业子公司南京国香文化发展有限公司，致力于中国香文化的保护、研发、传播、国际交流与香道艺术的整合推广。

Master of Science; employment experience with Chinese Academy of Sciences, engaging in the scientific management and enterprise development research. In 1990s, Ms. Qi Fang took on real estate industry, and held leading position in several large-scale real estate development enterprises. During the period from 1998 to 2002, Qi acted as the General Manager of Winsan (Nanjing) Industrial Co., Ltd. a sole subsidiary listed in Hong Kong and Shanghai stock markets, in which she successfully directed the development and construction of a great many large-sized high quality projects.

In 2002, Qi established Landfound Brand, and shaped the brand characteristics of her own in the realty service industry of the Yangtze River Delta Region with her years’ experience in real estate development and the concepts of innovation and down-to-earth practice. For years, she’s been engaged in the development and promotion of real estate projects in virtue of new scientific management concepts and skills. With 8-year accumulation, the company successfully shaped a top strategic cooperate partner. Landfound Team takes an active part in the service of urban scheme projects, and has provided favorable advices to urban scheme of over 10 million square meters, professional service to famous brands of domestic real estate industry, like advance positioning, brand promotion and project marketing service for Zhonghai Real Estate, MCC, China Minmetals Corporation, Hong Kong Prudential Group, Suzhou New District Economic Development Group, etc. and created miracles in market with great achievements in product scheme and marketing.

In 2009, Qi established Jiangsu Landfound Investment and Development Co., Ltd., to contribute to the expansion of integrating high-efficient, ecological and low-carbon concept in urban scheme and real estate development. Also in 2009, Qi founded industrial subsidiary: Nanjing China Incense Cultural Development Co., Ltd., engaging in ht protection, R & D, promotion, international exchange of China Incense cultural of joss sticks and the integration and promotion of art in joss sticks.
